ANGLESEY
This county contains more chapels dedicated to Welsh saints than any other, but it was, at an early age, considered to be the most populous and fertile part of Wales; and according to Bede, it contained, in the eighth century, nine hundred and sixty families, or about three times the population of the Isle of Man *
